Off for a few days, then days will start getting longer

The solstice is upon us. Badger, in keeping with his woodland heritage, will be offline for a few days, returning probably the middle of next week, or thereabouts. Things will start to turn better then, anger and stupidity will dissipate, understanding will prevail. I promise.

You deserve a break. Your work has been excellent. You and Cobban should get awards for your respective analysis of Cole below and Iraqslogger. I have often disagreed with you and Cobban but I never doubt your analytical acumen. With one exception, if I may: I was disappointed in a respose you posted to one of my comments using phrases like "DNA testing" and "fun reading the 11th editon". Nevertheless, I have learned alot from this blog and the comments it brings forth. I look forward to your return.

Happy Holiday

Badger, hi...

Oh, I came here to wish you a Cool Yule and discover the above sweet comment from 'anonymous.' I blush.

Mainly, though, thanks for getting into the fray and giving us the benefit of your good discernment of what needs to be translated, and then doing it for us.

And a very Cool Yule to you and Mrs. Brock If she exists) and all the Brockettes (ditto)...
